In September 2019, an agreement was signed to abrogate short-stay visa requirements between Colombian and Ukrainian travel document holders, a fact that was highlighted by stakeholders during the comment period to the draft visa law.
Consequently, even though the draft law has this error, it will be corrected in compliance with international agreements.
