Rentier visa will be a visitor visa for those persons who have an investment portfolio - in Colombia or elsewhere - that pays them monthly installments for ten times Colombian minimum wage.
Currently, a rentier can obtain an immigrant visa if the investment is entirely held in Colombian real estate or shares.
As restriction the holders (visitor or migrant) cannot work or perform remunerated activities for companies or individual residing in Colombia.
